The development and design of logos and business cards consist of three rounds of revision. Each round comprises of the creation and editing of work contracted. In the final round, the client will receive the file in an EPS format or which ever format that is requested for own use.

THE 3 ROUND PROCESS OF WEB DESIGN:

Data Collect: We will cover such things as direction of project timeline as well as clients targets, typefaces, color theory and any ideas they may want to be considered in the design process.

1st Round: Designer presents 3 completely different logos reflecting the data collect stage held by designer and client. They will go over what things work about the design and what changes need to be made.

2nd Round: Designer presents 2 logos, which reflect the revision of the 1st round. During this stage the client and designer will make final changes to work for completion.

3rd Round: Designer presents finished project to client ( Logos EPS format ) / Business Cards ( PDF format ).

Website Rounds:

Standard website: Home page, about us, company contact information, product or services. Product page can be substituted with a standard 12 to 15 picture gallery ( all other pictures requested by client will be billed at an hourly rate. The gallery is a basic HTML gallery ( FLASH GALLERIES DO NOT APPLY TO THIS ).

Estimated time for website development and design is twenty hours. Designer will present prototypes to client until final approval of prototype. From there Designer will use approved prototype as the basis to build code and structure for the entire site from the elements and systems in place. The designer will utilize the remaining hours based on the 20hr total process to complete site. If site is not completed in 20hr process due to multiple changes by client or additions website design will be broken down into an hourly rate or other agreements put in place.

1st Round: Data Collect- We will cover such things as direction of project, timeline, clients target audience, typefaces, color theory, additional ideas that client may want to be considered in the design process. Designer will cover the purchase of photos for pages, domain name and initial setup of web host. Designer will go over website host and packages with client (emails set up is not included cost but can be added at $10.00 per email account set up).
